Where can I buy solid doors with hinges? Seems like there isn't a way. Only way I found is slabs or pre-hung. Also, how easy is it to swap the doors out?

Just buy the pre-hung and switch out the jambs too. Otherwise your carpenter will charge you for a whole lot of time and effort getting an isolated new door to fit right.

Yes, a pre-hung door is what you want and it would be best since you could insulate (sound treatment) between the jamb and wall framing. A solid door usually has different sized hinges or an additional leaf so your better off going that route than utilizing the existing jamb and prepping a blank door slab.

Be sure to go with sound proof (acoustical) door seals and a drop seal at the bottom. Also be sure the door knob prep is drilled for a 2 3/4 inch backset so the loose test accommodations adjustable door seals.

Your biggest problem with (if you could actually find them) doors that are already mortised for hinges is the mortise on the jam will most likely not be in the same place or the same size.

And as others have lamented to, taking out the existing jamb/door set will be faster (less labor), and can also allow for proper attachment to rough-framing (significant weight difference between hollowcore and solid core), a lot of production carpenters just nail the casing and move on- no shimming. So, answering that last question- it's not "easy", but knowing a few "tricks-of-the-trade" and having the right equipment/tools can make the job rather simple.
