There are way too many companies that make "cultured stone"- faux stone made of concrete.
So, to name a particular stone is near impossible- your best bet is to call several local companies that carry cultured stone and have an outside sales person come by and identify. Even if one says "it ain't ours"- he'll probably know who's.
K'ledgeBldr is correct that definitely looks like artificial stone. It looks like separate pieces I think, but sometimes these ledge types come in panels about 20" long.

I am in North Carolina and want to match it. Mine are not flat sort of sticks out.

If it is real stone I wouldn't even try to match it Even within a given quarry the stone will change as different sections are used. If it is manufactured stone there is a better chance but even then there is no guarantee that different batches will match (ask any knitter about trying to match yarn if you don't have enough from one batch to finish an item)
