Hi,

Utility knife is kind of horizontal.
Would like to have blade at the head of the utility knife side.
Similar to below.

What is the name of this kind of tool and where I can buy it? Thanks

There are Xacto blades like what you want. For something readily available that's what I'd do.


If you want to spend a lot more money and get something that'll last your lifetime, but you'll have to sharpen it yourself, buy a set of skew chisels.

I THINK they're Asian skew chisels, before the wood handle's put on; I know it looks like one of them might be a gouge the way the black part's shaped, but then the edges all look straight not curved like a gouge. Could be a box of gouges, though, I will admit.


OP, what are you planning to do with this tool?

Trying to smooth/scrape small surfaces.

Paint scraper is too big for the job.
