I am trying to find a good deck/fence clear wood sealer.. not stain. The stains on decks are way too hot and sticky in the summer and I just don't like the look. The wood sealers I have been using don't seem to last but a year at best. I have used Thompson's 2yr brand (milky looking) and the other petroleum based (I think because of the smell) because it works well in the sprayer. There used to be a brand that ACE Hardware had that I really liked, (Seal tech) but I can't find that/or they don't make it anymore. Has anyone else found something that lasts longer and can be used in a sprayer?

Thompson is a real good name but as a sealant it makes a better bucket.

Deck Scapes by Sherwin Williams seems to work well and it is sprayable.
Only used it last year so I am not sure how long it lasts but so far so good.
