Hi- Just curious, what is the price range to have someone power wash a 1,500 sq foot house, stairs, and driveway? I know prices vary, just want to make sure if I am not overpaying (at least, not by too much)! Thanks
I used a bottle of Armour All housewash - comes in a green bottle w a sprayer that connects to the garden hose. Less than $5 and green moss on vinyl siding was gone like magic.
As you may have noted from some of the responses - prices vary, but since you asked a question and haven't gotten an answer - we paid about $300 - 2 story house, vinyl, 3200 square feet with a 3 car garage and a 16x24 deck. Well worth the $300. I own a power washer and use it for smaller projects, but IMHO its worth it to hire a pro when you have a large home and/or it's 2 stories.
It's just a one day job. Figure out what a person's labor is worth for one day. I think $250 to $300 would be in the ballpark.
I have my own pressure washer. It's not an especially difficult job, but it does get tiresome wrestling that wand. But with a vinyl home, pressure washing is a necessity every couple of years.

$300 in CT- that was a steal!
