Upper cabinets are filthy. Especially the upper right hand door where something ran down the face and the owner/seller never bothered to even wipe it down. Can only imagine what the rest of the place looks like.

Most likely grease and dust. That stove is not vented.

The thing that caught my eye most is that somebody decided it was a good idea to paint the one wall in the room gray when everything else in sight is brown. I guess the agent told them gray was the hot color this year.

I am guessing it is probably more a bad stain job than grease/dust, just because I can’t imagine the underside of the cabinets staying white with no exhaust fan and an upper cabinet like that getting that sort of spill pattern at the same time. The underside of the cabinet would definitely get some sort of oil/grease on it. I have a microwave vent over my stove and it gets filthy.

It seems gray has been "in" for too long. I love a light bluish gray like BM Pale Smoke (my bedroom was this color), but the dark gray doesn't really go here with the browns. I'm also sick of seeing it older homes that flippers are selling, it looks depressing.
