LG Steam Dryer (repair, replace, company, clothes)

So I purchased the red set in May. My dryer stopped drying my clothes all the way and I would have to put it on timed dry after. Called LG and got name of repair company. They came out and said it was the dryer sensor. One month later (BS) they replaced the sensor (this past Tuesday) and guess what?? My dryer still isn't drying all the way. I called the repair company and let them know. When should I get LG involved?? TIA
