Can you have 9 foot ceilings with 5/12 roof pitch? (room, build, between)

If you can build a 5/12 roof it can go over top of anything.

You can have 30 foot ceilings if you want. It all depends on how tall the walls are.

If you're talking about in an attic, then it depends on a lot of variables. If the eaves are only 24 feet apart, then the ridge is only going to be 5 feet high.

Remember to build the 9' walls before you put the roof on top.
