I hope she paid for the plumber and slipped you some extra just for the embarrassment of the plumber having to pull that out.

i wish--no, she didnt pay anything and it happened 2 days before the closing to sell the house. not a fun time. i was finally rid of the house and her!

I'd call a plumber have him come by and take a look...
I know a person who tried (with a snake) to unclog a pipe and ended up rupturing the pipe
