Is the brick that yellowish/brownish color? hmmm I also wouldn't paint brick. One of my personal favorite looks is aged brick (but red) with black trim. Not sure how black would look with the current color, so I agree with coordinating the trim with the roof color to brighten the house up. Maybe contrasting trim color (if the HOA allows this). Also agree that flowering shrubs or simple greenery (dogwood is nice) would look nice too.
looking at it again, a nice cream color would definitely pop ... one that blends with that brick color.....
The exterior color should be in harmony with the roof color. Check the color wheel group.
Who is going to take care of the lawn? Do you have sprinklers?
Instead of flowers you could plant flowering shrubs. Less care.
Hey all........ not asking for any advice but paint color.
It has been a rent house in my portfolio for many years, I have all landscaping, HOA and other issues resolved.
I have always been challenged with choosing paint colors....... and I have used apps that help visualize, I have looked at color wheels, and using google to cruise online thru the neighborhood won’t really give me true colors because things look different online.
But thanks to all for your contributions to this thread.
Assuming you are not talking about painting the bricks, I would go with a lighter version of what you have now that's closer to the color of the brick.
We have lots of orange-y brick in Indy, and most of them have trim about that color. Bright white is too bright, blue doesn't go with it, and green is hit or miss (mostly miss).
I lived in a house that was around that same color brick. I think Navajo White and the color that your garage door already is are probably the only 2 colors that look really good against it. I'd recommend painting the fascia and the soffits Navajo White, maybe the siding also. I'd leave the garage door as is. The suggestion above for Monterey White by Benjamin Moore matches up pretty well with Navajo White by Sherwin Williams.
Dark green makes a good pop of color for the orange-y brick/navajo white combination. I don't see it used on houses much, but it looks good on small buildings.
I'm thinking a green or teal with a complementary trim color and a red door for pop. The alternative would be a barn red on the walls and teal door, but I'm not sure about red walls would go with that color brick.

This works for me, but a big part of the problem is the roof. If OP ever replaces the roof, make sure it’s a solid tone, because right now, it fights with the bricks.
It's a rental...does the color really matter? You're in another state and don't have to look at it. Can you charge more rent if it's a different color?
A few minutes at the S-W visualizer site can do wonders.
Paint it all white..bricks included. Black shiny door..paint that little garage light black.
And, yes, plant some flowers to break up all that green going on.
Just brighten it up.
