Flip over the package for almost any faucet and you will see "A Masco Company" Nearly all the same.
If you want really lasting fancy, go with G & S. You will have to somehow make a logical argument for paying $1000 - $2000 for a faucet, but it will be great quality and last forever without leaking. In fact the finish has a lifetime guarantee, maybe the whole faucet does, I do not remember.
Peerless , price fister delta all good faucets all have their different prices points also from standard to motion sensor. I’ve installed them all. I would recommend getting a basin wrench if you’re taking a old fashioned faucet off.
I would recommend Delta hands down. A plumber once told me that a coat pocket would carry the repair parts to nearly every delta faucet ever sold. Moen is similar except as mentioned perviously it is a ***** to pull out the cartridge. That has been my complaint with every off brand faucet including Koehler. They frequently change out the internal parts making it hard to match up when repairing.
One thing I prefer with my new Moen faucet over my previous Delta faucet is the docking mechanism. My new Moen faucet uses a reflex system for the hose, while our old Delta faucet used a weak magnet to hold the head in place, causing it to dangle a lot. This is in contrast to our Moen showerhead, which uses a much stronger magnet to hold the wand in place. It seems like Moen tends to excel in the way their faucet and shower wands are docked.
We have been happy with Moen. They have a lifetime warranty on their products and have sent us free replacements for faucets and cartridges over the years.
I would say Kohler as I have them exclusively in my house. But I do have a couple of duds via bathroom renovations over the last two years from them (sink faucets). My kitchen faucet is Kohler going on 8 years of flawless performance. My toilets are also all chair height Kohler “flush piston” toilets. They’re excellent as well.
Lot will depend on your water quality too. If hard water with deposits, nothing will last more than maybe a decade at best. But if filtered then likely anything will last for a long time without issue.
Buy at a plumbing supply store, some have showrooms and yes you will pay more, alot more
but they will last a lifetime, I bought the Grohe "Made in Germany" expensive faucets 20 years ago and
no problems with them.
The cheap ones even the same brands that you get at home depot or lowes only last 5 years or so.

Yes, I agree - plumbing supply has definitely better quality to offer.
