I replaced most of my bulbs with LED in Sept and so far they are all still going strong, but it's only been 5 months. I'm using 3000k throughout. I have one light over my kitchen sink that we decided to leave on 24/7 after putting the LED bulb in, partially because we use it as a night light anyway and partially because I want to see how long it lasts.

Interesting comments, thanks. Anyone have a good idea to replace an under cabinet light fixture (G8 20 watt) with an LED equivalent fixture of a similar size?

I think I've responded to this thread previously....

We bought our house in 2015. 2 mos later I swapped out every bulb for LED. There were recessed cans everywhere so it was a lot of LED's. More than 50, less than 100.

As it stands today, I've only had to replace one that failed. All the other are still function fine.

As an update, two more of the "Luxrite" bulbs I purchased on Amazon blew out. I purchased them in 2018. Three years. That is unacceptable.
