The other day, suddenly, some sort of whistle/alarm started sounding from my Utility closet. It was a very loud, high pitched constant whistle. I was able to isolate it as coming from the low voltage cabinet, where devices such as our router, COntrol 4 Access points, Cable box, Surveillance DVR, and a few other devices taht I do not even know what they are. Photo enclosed showing the cabinet. The Co. that installed is gone.

In addition to the alarm sounding, every few minutes there were 3 beeps coming from somewher in the house, followed by a female voice saying a few syllables, but I was unable to figure out what it was saying nor where it was coming from. I'm guessing a CO detector.

I could not get that siren like noise to stop, by unplugging each device in the cabinet. I finally turned off the main breajer for the house, and the siren stopped, and the voice has stopped. I turned breaker back on, and the siren & voice alarms have been gone for 2 days.

I am at a loss about what it could have been. any ideas?
Thanks
If the voice isn't working anymore I would consider contacting the company you use for the voice line. Because I wouldn't even know how it works then you basically restart the ONT or whatever runs your voice line to all the sudden not be able to run the voice line
Most voice lines now use internet lines so it wouldn't make sense if your internet is working and then your voice just not work. But again contact the company and you should also try to re-organize the area to make all the cables and such easy to access because clutter is the worst thing you want when dealing with a lot of cables that go all over the house
And also make sure to label each cable with some sort of label
