Up til now, the bathroom is the last bastion of peace and quiet from the outside world, so why would anyone want TV to invade the space? Put me down for no.

It's been explained ad nauseam...TVs are not just capable of playing network programming!

I get it because I use mine in the bedroom for relaxation videos before bedtime. It still doesn't mean I think it's a good idea in the bathroom for every household. So why are you so hung up on people expressing what their own opinions are? The fact that they don't spend much time in the bathroom, or don't use a tub for a spa experience is as valid as your reason for thinking they are a good idea.

Because the replies I'm mentioning are clearly only insinuating that there's only one possible use...they are completely ignoring the other uses. Go reread them, they are not simply saying they would not use them in that fashion...they mock the TV in that location and those opinions that support it.
I will never...repeat NEVER use a remote anywhere in your house if you have a TV in the bathroom!
