When did asbestos end in Caulking? (windows, basement, vent, outside)

I've started doing a little bit of some caulking here there but there's some old caulking that needs to be removed. There's so much outside that's trying to prevent water from coming into the basement. I'm thinking that if there's even a remote possibility of asbestos I might just be better off putting the full rubber fiber coating over it.

I also have some windows that are a bit old now I wouldn't say these are beyond 30 years they look more like potentially 1990s at most. What would be the time frame that they removed asbestos from Caulking?

It (Asbestos) was not used during this period so i think you will be on the safe side.
