The topical my vet sells/recommends is $25 per month. To some people, that's a lot.
Seresto is $60 and last six months. It would work well in your situation I think. Just don't be cheap and get it from Amazon or some less-reputable seller. I found that out the hard way.
So you're saying everyone who has even one indoor-only cat pays big bucks every month for that topical flea med, and that's all that saves them from an infestation?

This is one of the best, for cats, I think. At $124 for 6 months, that is pretty cheap.
Yep. I would set water traps for them. Large shallow pans of water. They would jump in and couldn't swim out. I would just flush them down the toilet.
