Was the house listed with a gas fireplace? If so, then I think that the seller is in violation of that agreement.
Not if it was one of those fake log stands that simply sat over the top of the burner. There's just not enough information to adequately answer the question.
First of all, they're expensive to replace. Secondly, without them, a gas fireplace is not operational so they should probably stay.
Like someone else said, we don't have enough information. But typically, they stay.
That being said, I just bought a house with a gas fireplace and there were no gas logs in it. That's how I know they're expensive - LOL. I left mine in the house I sold - in fact, I've always left them (I've sold three homes with gas logs).
I looked at the listing Just says. Fire place pre fab . No mention of logs , yes they were very expensive to replace. 2 of them
Does the fireplace work without them? If you buy a prefab fireplace does it come with logs?
