Need more information to determine the fix since there are several things that can cause this!

Was it always dragging since it was installed or has it changed?

Is the door aluminum/fiberglass or wood ? Did the hinge side loosen up/pull away or change?

Post a picture of what you have. No one can diagnose it without more specific information.

It could be a number of things as others have noticed. If its a heavier storm door (with the glass in), there will be a tendency for it to have a slight sag to it. However, it could be the seal at the bottom has torn and is dragging, the frame it is screwed into could be out of square or could be rotting, etc...

Put a flat bar under the low corner, heave up.

It'll either rack the door back to square, or terminally loosen all the joints, or rip it off the frame. At any rate, you'll have more information so maybe someone can actually provide useful advice.

Yep and it was not like described to me over the phone. Looking at the bottom of the door from the front it's the left one third that is dragging. Alot of rubber seen and a sharp razor blade might be considered if other efforts don't solve it.

More space on “left side”- so why would that be dragging? Unless that’s the only weatherstripping left! That’s also the hinge side- generally not the side to droop- so, how is that dragging again?

Also, interesting “screen door”- can’t see a damn thing through it!!!

Looks like the storm door weatherstripping is totally worn and creating the scraping. It does look to be an adjustable piece that you can remove and restrip, then replace slightly higher on that corner.
