Why not spread it under the raised deck? As someone else said it will tend to discourage weeds. Shovel it over, spread it with a rake, let it decay and form a base for whatever else you do there.

I would think that by spring it's settled quite a lot.

Between my neighbor and me is a strip of trees and undergrowth. My lawn guy and his helper moved it over there and blew it into that area. It did cost me another $150, but whatever . . . I couldn't stand to look at it.
