I generally like bigger things to decorate a room, I don't like to see walls with too-small paintings hung or other small-scale decorative items in big rooms.
I like the mirror, but would only want it hung properly, not propped up.
Will not be mounted to the wall. Far too heavy. Will be leaned on the wall.
Something that big and heavy needs to be attached to the wall even if not hung from it. It will be a tip and fall hazard if not anchored to a solid point.
I wouldn't want to see myself in the LR. I'd try to position myself so I don't see the mirror. It's intrusive. Mirrors are to make a room look bigger (they should be set higher on the wall so as not to reflect the faces of people sitting and visiting), to reflect light in a dark room (set higher on the wall), small one by exit door to check appearance on way out, and of course in bathrooms and bedrooms.
As others have said, it'd be good in an exercise room. But it's soooo big and heavy. You sure you want something that large and heavy so that it takes multiple people to move it?
I've seen large mirrored wall panels in long narrow spaces where they are trying to make the room appear to have more width - like in a smallish condo. It's not my favorite look but I can see how it helps to keep the room feeling less enclosed.
