Lakefront home on Lake Keowee. With a vacation home on Santee Cooper. With the off seasons spent on an exploration class yacht.

We've talked about this. We actually love where we live now in SC but we'd buy a second home on the Gulf. And then we'd travel a lot more.

Better area not too far away...OR....for the first time just now I've thought about living in a luxury hotel with all amenities and services.

I'd travel a lot. So wherever I'd call home would just be a home base, to come back to or stay when I was in town or wanted to stay put for a while.

Carlsbad?

You mean Karlovy Vary?

Edit~ I'd stay put, where I am.

I bought a ticket today. Just one chance out of millions. But someone will, eventually, inevitably, win.
One advantage of visiting the different places is you get to taste their flavors. While you can import or grow those ingredients in your home area, they won’t have the same flavor when prepared. There’s a difference in the soil, smells in the air, water, and what the animals used for meat eat,…all of which contributes to the flavor of the community. I can’t enjoy cappuccino as well after having cappuccino in Italy in a small tree lined city park across the street from the waterfront. The shop that prepaired the cappuccino kept their front doors open facing the waterfront for the fresh breeze off the water. Asking locals at the hotel which restaurants they enjoy that they wish tourist would try for a true taste of their foods is a great way to try stuff away from the tourist restaurants.

If I were a billionaire, I'd be living among the other billionaires. They're slightly less likely to break into my house and steal my things.

I like where I am right now. But possibly, I might try to buy out the neighbor with the barking dogs and then I could get rid of their gopher sanctuary and their knap weed farm.

You're a billionaire, you can afford elevators in your house.

I would have a ski out home in Colorado and a home in Florida Keys as a primary for taxes and warm weather. Ah to dream.
