A photo of the faucet it came out of would be helpful.
Maybe even more so.

Why not just take it to a local hardware store, big box, or plumbing supplier? Someone should surely know; and/or match to inventory.

This ain’t rocket science!

Go to a real plumbing supply house, not Home Despot. It'll be called something like "Teter's Faucet Parts" or "Ace Plumbing Supply" and most of the trucks in the parking lot will have vises mounted on the bed. Don't worry, the counter clerk may bark, but he won't bite.

I already went to my local hardware, they have a large selection of cartridges, but no match was identified.

If it's some obscure brand from China, I would swap it out for a Moen, Delta, or Kohler (in that order).

Our old plumbing bills say it is Kohler or American Standard. We had three bathrooms done simultaneously and the bills do not specify which brand and model of fixtures for each of the bathrooms.

Thanks anyway for all the replies!

What, you don't have recommendations for the exact models and part numbers? I'm shocked!

Sorry, I am not a plumber and cannot recognize cartridges by just looking at them. I can only make recommendations for people who want or need to buy a new faucet based on quality, and my top three are Moen, Delta, and Kohler.

As for which faucets, is this for a kitchen or a bathroom? In our kitchen we installed the U by Moen Arbor Smart Faucet, while in my bathroom I installed a Moen Genta waterfall faucet. We also installed a Moen Arbor Pulldown Laundry Faucet in our laundry room. The other two bathrooms have Delta Lahara faucets (with the widespread version in the master bathroom) because that is what the builder installed.

EDIT: Looks like it is for a bathroom. Usually most brand-name faucets should have a manufacturer logo near the base. You may have to clean your faucet for the logo to be visible.
