Has anyone purchased a Ryan Home on septic that is encountered problems with the system?

Do you mean the home company handled the contracting of the septic company??

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I mean a newly contructed home by Ryan where they had the system installed and they are still responsible under builder warranty?

Is that a little more clear or were you asking a different question?

I just am not sure. It should be however, it will depend on your contract. I can tell you I answer the phone many times a year and hear nightmare accounts of this type thing when the builder hires site improvement subs. Of course I am hearing well problems.

If they give you problems, your new best friend could be your local heath department.
