I will not chase them. NOPE. Two bills + one intent to lien. Then I do it. I make money at it. Why would I chase them?????

I understand about if you did not get paid and had ot put a lien on but it is sad to think that happened to my mother-in-law who did pay the company owner, that is what is frustrating. $1600 is a lot for an 83 yr old. Guess times have changed since I was younger. Thanks again everyone. Very insightful - we will definitely do that in the future.
