Be willing to pay good people what they're worth, and there are still good contractors out there. This is so true and it bugs me all the time! Please bring these things back in high schools. Kids, these days, are so oblivious to these things. It's a shame. They should offer vo-tech and all the options we had growing up. Skilled labor is just as important as a degree you can get in college. Maybe, even more important. Work ethic is another subject.
