Basement Humidity (dehumidifier, furnace, mold, vent)

Hey All -

At what level of humidity do you keep your basement?

I've read that it should be 45% - 55%, but I keep mine at 60% - 65% and it seems fine.


Thoughts? Where do you keep your basement humidity set?

Below 55% is recommended for preventing growths... (safe number)

Our dehumidifier is set at 40 during the summer, and 60 when the furnace is on.
