We had squeaky floors in our previous house. The cross bracing was metal and most of them weren't tight. The noise drove me crazy. I cut out all the metal and put in solid wood blocking wherever I could. Upstairs, since we were replacing carpet anyway, I cut out the middle section of sub flooring and replaced the metal with solid wood there as well.
The squeaks went away and the floor was much more solid.
Our new house uses all engineered floor joists, is glued and screwed and is solid as a rock.

Are the rooms carpeted? Buy the Squeeak no more tool off Amazon. It will help with about 70% of creaky boards.
Otherwise, just wait and the house is still settling if it’s a year old. Also, it’s still winter and the dry air doesn’t help wood and floor boards. Everything contracts and creates space in between the wood

Thermal expansion and contraction. Your house house may grow/shrink inside 1/4" during the hottest to the coldest temps inside. The outer walls will expand and contract at a different rate than those of the interior of the house. The structure is always moving and flexing.
