I know they are a breeze to clean. My question is does it perform similar to the regular flat paint?

My DH said that flat paint is easy to touch up because you can blend a small area and therefore avoid having to paint the entire wall (as is necessary with semi-gloss paint).

However, I am wondering will the washable flat paint also blend and can be used in small touch up areas?

Thanks

I painted my entire house with washable flat paint and it looks great...very easy to touch up. It's also easy to clean with a wet cloth. And it looks exactly like regular flat paint. The only place it didn't work so well was in the bathroom. For that, stick to semi-gloss.

Thanks! I am eager to start. I have builder flat white and it is really starting to look bad after 8 months and a grubby hand 9 year old and 47 year old ( DH )

I have a lot of pure white and a bulldog that likes to rub his face on the walls! It always cleans up great.

I have used Benjamin Moore Regal Matte several times in the past and have loved it....it looks completely flat and is washable. I would use a really good quality paint like Benjamin Moore.
