Does anyone have a KitchenAid Drawer Dishwasher?

I am looking at a KitchenAid®: Welcome to KitchenAid.com

I have a 2 year old LG that has been nothing but trouble It has had 2 motherboards, 2 pumps, 2 heating elements and this last time, it has been leaking water for 1.5 months and has destroyed the bottom of a kitchen cabinet.

I like the ability to do half loads and quick washes. My dishes are always pre-rinsed (never any food on them) so I don't need them scrubbed.

Any personal experiences would be appreciated

Thanks in advance!

I have a basic Kitchenaid DW and it runs fine. I've had it since April 2008. Not a drawer style though.

I have a 2011 model stainless steel Kitchen Aid dishwasher and most times will not go into the dry cycle. I have had three service technicians out and could find nothing wrong with the dishwasher. They tell me this is due to the fact that it is energy efficient. Anyone have a similar experience?

I did sell a few for my homebuyers- But never heard if there were any problems.
But, I have done some research for personal use and this is what I came up with a couple of years ago.

Overall, the Fisher/Paykel (model DD-603) was the best. But, My understanding is it has been discontinued. The new model (hopefully as good, or better) is DD24DDFTX. These are the double drawer models. I determined that depending on the amount of usage, and actual settings used there were problems.
But, I did find that there were little if any problems with the single drawer models.

Small water consumption, energyStar compliant, and extremely quiet.

I wanted a F & P Dish Drawer, but they got terible reviews and customer complaints. They supposedly broke constantly and did nto work that well to begin with. Maybe the Kitchen Aid ones are better.
