USGS. The United States Geological Survey.

They research and publish publications on every town, city, municapality, county, state and the whole country. These publications include aeriel photographs, waterways, streams, wetlands, water tables, aqufiers, soil conditions and every other imaginable item of interest about the earth below us and the sky above us.

I went to the town site, but it was confusing. I haven't checked the health dept., tho. My basement flooded due to an outside sillcock issue started by the public works (long story) and my insurance is trying to say it flooded coming up from the ground due to rain and a rising water table, which is bologna.
