Need some ideas for storing all the kids toys in the basement that looks nice. We have used tupperware crates for big toy items and have used the toy shelves, but that tends to look messy. Anyone have a good system they have used?

I like the Ikea Trofast line...a friend has her basement set up with some different configurations, and it really looks great and keeps things organized. If I get some extra cash, I plan on getting some also.

I like the Ikea Expedit line.

IKEA | Storage furniture | Bookcases | EXPEDIT | Bookcase

We have this one on its side. Looks good with the baskets they sell (about $5 each). I liked this because as the kids get older the bookcase can still be used... it doesn't look like a little kid furniture that they will out grow. Good luck!
