Looking for some quality cheap clothing, kind of hipster style. Any good thrift stores downtown? Like in the monstrose/westheimer area...

Does Blue Bird have a relatively large selection, though? I've read online reviews about that place but they all say that it's not a big selection

Buffalo Exchange sucks. Overpriced, trendy crap. Same for Taxi Taxi. If you are in that area, go to the Goodwill on Westheimer.

The better ones are in the Heights on 19th street. The Sand Dollar is good in that area. There is also a very good one on N. Main.

The Family Thrift on N. Durham has some great clothes and shoes. I got a pair of Born sandals there cheap! They have the nicest shoes I've seen at a thrift store...none of those old worn-out looking things!

Ditto on Sand Dollar and Family Thrift stores! Love those places. You never know what secret gem you are going to find!
