With the monster they call the Bridelands just north of Morton Ranch, north Katy will be getting better and better. I'm also looking for homes in katy, I dont like any neighborhood before I-10 and 99. I'm looking for a 4-5 bdrm, good area! And yes you can drive around and see the difference in neighborhoods.
