Thank you for caring about the kitten. I hope you can get some help for him. Perhaps you can try the Houston SPCA. I see them on the animal police program on Animal Planet and they look like they do a good job.

Start calling vets and explain the situation, try working out a payment plan of some kind.

[ mod edit language] Those are the kind of people that give all bully dogs bad raps because they get them as low life status symbols from some "breeder" down the street then never give them one ounce of love or affection and leave them chained up outside their whole lives un-socialized or even encouraged to be trouble. Wish I could rescue the poor dogs and euthanize the owners.
