All these terrible things said about Comcast over and over and over again, and people still line up to grab their ankles.

Is it true some HOA's out there force you to use Comcast or nothing??

Cable is usually really good for Internet service, but lacks in television offerings. We have Charter (cable) Internet in the DFW area, but run ATT U-Verse for tv.

We own a townhouse, and unless we want to assume full responsibility for the roof over our portion of the building (because that's where they mandate a dish be installed), we have no choice but to use Comcast. So in essence, we are forced to use Comcast by default.

That's the Comcast difference!

........and part of the reason I'd rather hammer a rusty nail through the end of my penis than use any of their services.

..and bozydeux TV isn't a mandatory part of existence. Try living without it.

We have U-verse and it works well for us, but we only view HD on one of our TVs. However, these days you can find almost any show on the show/network's website, HULU, and/or Netflix (which has many available on instant play).
