Excuse me? Wow there are some real crazies here. I simply asked in a joking manner hence the smiley face b/c he didnt just say good luck he said good luck with the price. Just wanted to know if we were asking for a miracle finding that price range for that neighborhood, and I dont think he got offended in anyway b/c thats not how I meant it. So.....why r u name calling and putting your 2 cents in where it wasnt needed. I wasnt trying to be rude but some ppl just get so uptight I swear

He/she wasn't referring to you. I though he/she was referring to that A&M Bulldawg person. Go look, Bulldawg's last 20 responses to threads have been "Good Luck". Wasn't pointing at you. Down boy, down!

From listening and researching, I think that the two cities are good choices considering that they are a little rural, which give you a smaller breeze from a lot traffic and people although they are growing fast. Also, they are near Houston. Those are my two cents.

Rosenberg and Richmond schools are ok, nothing special. You'd be better off in Pecan Grove. The most expensive HOA in Richmond has to be the Canyon Gate at Brazos subdivision. It is like over $900/yr, so you definitely want to avoid that place.

Default Rosenberg/Richmond TX area

Is Rosenberg or Richmond very rural or do they have stores and restaurants close by to where you can go?
