Have you seen the Estates at Grand Harbor or The Lakes at Grand Harbor (centex)? If so what's your opinion of the subdivision?

I have been over there, and the section I looked at (cant remember)...when you turned off Katy Fort Bend, went in the entrance and went left. I did not think it was that great. Noticed, multiple cars lined up infront of "single-family" houses...BUT I do think you could get a good house for value. Just check the neighborhood out beforehand...again that was just the section I was in.

I thought you where looking at Lakecrest Forest. Did you like that subdivision? I have not been there? I have another idea if you are still looking for houses.
