Generally I consider a lot of bars/clubs in a city to be a con rather than a pro. When Im describing to my friends how boring Houston is, one of the 1st things I start with is, "there's a lot of bars". Refereeing to the fact that most activities revolve around drinking, shopping and sitting watching football... You see where Im from there isn't a lot of young people sitting around at bars, there's old people, bikers, truckers, old baby momas etc.. Young people are too busy doing other things.
