Tarrant County is speeding up because they have more open land and most of the growth is suburban. Dallas County is mostly built out except for the Southern portions of the county and most of the growth in Dallas and the county is infill. This is why Dallas is getting more dense at a more rapid speed than Fort Worth.

and??? the question wasn't will Tarrant be more dense, it was, do you think Tarrant will pass Dallas County

I gave a reason why it was speeding up towards Dallas County and I posted it.

So, basically compared to Dallas County, Harris County, considerind its large size, is expanding both infill and suburban, right?
