It is time for a new address change. It is horrible but I have to do it and GO IN. I can't do it online, I did that last time. What is the best place in Katy, or the least horrific.

I went to TX DPS online and Katy office is close for service the only way to get the process done is going to Rosenberg area or the Houston downtown DPS place. The system is very horrific. People from TX needs to find a way to legislate and approve the quickest and the secure way of dealing DL. Most states can present your new DL in less than an hour, after FBI searches and standing counts and once clean, pass vision and exam, pass test...you get the card at the same day, same time. Being the 6th largest city and the 2nd largest state, TX needs a TECHNOLOGY FACE LIFT when it comes to servicing its multitudes. It is absurb to go to a local DPS office and you see a pack line as if you are going into immigration process. The act to change the system starts now and challenging every texans is a must. Its like the only way to make the horse run fast is to kick it.

If you can't do it online, I'd suggest the DPS office on South Gessner near Missouri City. Avoid the DPS building near I-10 and Beltway 8 at all cost...
