So far Fulbrook is still the only option I have found that I like, just hate thinking about paying $140k/acre to live that far from Houston. Anything down in Richmond or Sugarland that is similar?
Try Royal Lakes Estates in Richmond. Most homes sit on 1-2 acres. Lakes, wooded areas, nature preserves. There is also a gated part to the MPC.

I have also been looking at buying land in Fulbrook or Weston Lakes 1+ acre, but there is conflicting information. the listings on HAR say that there is not a time line in Fulbrook, but the Fulbrook website says they have a 5 year time line...I don't know if I will build in the next 5 years, but wanted to buy a lot and see how things around it pan out. Anyone know what the true time lines are?

Default Fulbrook

We talked to the folks in the office at Fulbrook several months ago and there was a timeline. 5 years sounds right
