Today just saw some new homes in Riverstone, Missouri city. Anybody has already lived there? how about the neighborhood and schools? Elkin high, which the one I saw belongs to.

Yesterday we went to see the houses about 200k-260K, it is stonebrook, if i didn't remember wrong. coz that will be our target price. We only see plantation homes yesterday, coz we only got an hour left, later i wanted to chk out david weekly, since everybody is saying that is the best builder.hehe

I am in Stonebrook. It is a small (for the time being), nice, and quiet neighborhood, even with the high school being right across the street. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. No one is in eachother's way.
