Anyone have any one company they can recommend for quality repair and monitoring? System is already installed and our contract with the current company is about to expire.

Shelby, I have the ADT Gold through USAA on both places. It's wonderful. They even call me when I've lost power at the ranch for more than 3 hours. After big storms I have to do Refrig. Recovery or it's just nasty.
The only problem I have is that when there is an "event," there's no communication between the operators and I get about 5 phone calls over 30 minutes. And considering I'm a contact for many family members as well, there's an "event" at least twice a week.

Also, have your patrol contacted always whenever things go on: Battery failure, maid dorking it, fault etc.. If they roll through all the contacts before dispatching, thugs ( if that's who tripped the alarm)have about 20 minutes to get the job done and they know it. The patrol has a pretty cushy job, and it gives them something to do.
