So I am looking at buyin a House in this section called "The Player Trail" , (which I believe is in Sterling Ridge).

Any opinions ? My main interest is to have a place for my Children where they can have fun, play with children in the neighborhood etc. Any things I shold be aware of (Floods, Snakes, Mosquitoes etc). Thanks.

Do you have concerns about the neighborhood (Player Trail) itself? Just asking because snakes, mosquitoes, spiders and other creepy crawlies are pretty much a given in The Woodlands (at least in our experience there).

As far as I know the VOSR is a really great Woodlands village with a lot of young families who interact on a regular basis.

Nop. I don't fish (yet). Lol !! Maybe , I'll take it up !!
And this is not the one on the lake. The house on the lake was in Creekside Park. I'm still looking, trying to decide where to buy a house. Lake is fine, but it looks like there are more schools in Sterling Ridge, so now I'm leaning that way.

I just moved into Sterling Ridge back in May. Great area, quiet and have not had a single regret.
