Sorry Robert - from all the comments, it sounds like you're going alone .

Seriously though, I've found that the best way to see past the drama of my own thoughts, and subsequent doldrums, is to volunteer. Stepping away from yourself for a while by helping others is a great alternative to sitting around marinating in your own kool-aid. Sounds like it's probably just a rough day (which we all have). Sorry you're feeling so down.

Take a few deep breaths and open yourself up to the possibility that there may be something more to this place. Several million people think so.
