I just posted accidentally on the Texas forum about this. Maybe Elnina or another moderator could move or delete it for me. I only have an iPhone to type with. My computers were stolen this week.

What do you guys know about River Oaks townhomes on San Felipe? Sound insulation between apartments? What about noise and vibration from the train track nearby? I have insomnia.

I had a listing there once but it was awhile back. I believe it was a "quiet zone" as far the train horn goes, the resident profile was decent. Location was great. I think the trick would be to get a corner unit with fewer shared walls.

Sold one in there about 2 years ago - they loved it. Only reason they moved was a baby made three.
