I voted River Oaks but I would prefer to live in Tanglewood if I had the money.

I'll vote River Oaks, but I prefer Memorial or Tanglewood.

Having lived in Tanglewood, Memorial and "the Burbs," I know the pros and cons of each place and which one is right for me. But if I reached the level of being able to afford a 10 million dollar house in River Oaks...I wouldn't chose Houston at all. Family be damned..I'll build them a wing somewhere.

Put me in the OTHER category. However, if you are forcing us to basically choose between Inner City living vs Outer City living, I'll take Inner City every day.
