I am glad I have not stepped foot in a Worst-Buy in over a year.
It was even worse at the Wal-Mart on 90 & 6 in Sugar Land. I was on my way back from a Thanksgiving dinner....it was ~9pm and the lot was FULL, there were people lined up like crazy! The sad thing is most of these people will probably go into debt to pay for this crap.

I did all my Christmas shopping last month. When there was a good selection of clothes, no lines, etc. I will probably look into a TV just after the Superbowl...mainly because consumer spending is usually pretty low in February...

If you are smart shopper then you won't be shop today. You can get the same deals online today, before or after Black Friday. Don't forget Cyber Monday. A lot of people will shop just because its BF.

It wasn't even that cold last night. It was cool and all these people are dressed like it was 20 degrees

Ah, Houstonians. A still breeze and people pull out the gloves.

We had family leave early to go get in line at Walmart last night. You couldn't pay me to participate in Black Friday.

Same sales before and leading up to Christmas. It's just not worth the hassle.

I remember the first time I noticed Black Friday. Christmas 96. That was just crazy because Tickle Me Elmo and the Cabbage Patch Snack Kid came out and people went nuts. I swear I remember a huge fight at that Toys R Us off 45 near Northline Mall.

My dad didn't do BF but I thin he ended up going to Friendswood early Christmas Eve morning to get that Cabbage Patch doll for me

I did lots of shopping online last few days..amazing deals on branded items! Then I hit store BF evening around 7 pm to get the 30 day low price guarantee / store pcik-up. No crazy crowds..in and out in 5 minutes.
About cyber monday, its another scam. If you know where to look at, everyday is better than cyber monday.

That's what I've always been thinking. You can even trust the quality of the materials in stores these days. SAD!
