I feel very safe here. Couples and families are out walking or biking together, or walking their dogs, until around 11 p.m.- midnight each night. Kids and adults are out jogging...and walking dogs again...starting at about 4 a.m. Teens and adults very often play tennis in the neighborhood park until 10-11 at night.

We have a great mix of younger families, empty-nesters and retirees here. The result is that we always have people here out and about at various hours of the day and night.

The only real issues here have been a few car break-ins, but even those are few and far between, helped I'm sure by the HOA rule that no vehicles can be parked on the streets overnight. Nearby neighborhoods without the rule have a much higher incidence of car break-ins.

DOH!

Just thought of it.

Hudson Oaks. It's in Bunker Hill, Village Police, wonderfully safe neighborhood, gaurd entry, townhouses with no yard but a patio area... and in your price range.

Thanks. I took a look and the one I like is one of the most expensive, of course.
