Blalock and I-10 is your best bet for Korean bbq buffet. Forget the name but it was large.

The best hibachi buffet I've been to is near I-10 and Dairy Ashford. It is awesome.

Had very good Korean BBQ on Gessner, just North of I-10.

I love country/home cooking, and always search-out when I travel. That said, I rarely find a buffet set-up that is appetizing.
